Thailand. The land of a thousand smiles haha or so they say and it seems that the people there are very friendly haha..well it turns out that this is indeed a trainin trip since i sail like 3 out of 5 days days and the last day cant even be counted as 1 so its 3 out of 4 days coz i spend like 5 hrs travellin and 3 hrs stonin in the bangkok airport wth loh..so i din manage to get stuff for everyone manz i am soo sorryz ppl....
Anywayz we basically lived and trained at their thai national sailing centre which also happens to be a naval base lah haha so like all the instructors there all got rank one sia like lieutenant, sergant and of course the biggest shot there is called an admiral lahz haha....wah seh i tell u arz thailand the weather and seawater thrash singapore upside down left right and centre sia...although the sun is also freakin hot there theres like very cool air and wind man and the waters are crystal clear wif little waves sia...i dun mind sailing there forever sia....haha so we spend 3 days trainin wif some thai national sailors and made very good frens wif them hahaha
From my thai frens i manage to grasp the basic language of thai...okz u muz understand the jfoo version of basics for any language.. in my context i deem it most important to know first the greetings for that language, the thanks yous, tellin someone his stuff is expensive, how to say a gal is chio, a guy is handsome and most important of all how to curse a bloody shopkeeper who's tryin to cheat ur money haha so yah in my context haha i can speak thai....yah!!!!! hahaha
Interesting things that happen...
1)hmm haha i realised that i am not very good at bargaining sia...luckily i got my frens haha the gals especially..it seems like they have been doin this all their lived lah haha they can cut prices like theres no tmr for the shopkeeper manz haha...
2) In singapore we have geylang for our redlight district in thailand everywheres a red light district...its like every gal u see whos around 20 something and alone is a hooker lah...its damn sad man and all the ang mohs whichi is like 50% of the population of thai all have a local "babe" in their arms....damn sad
3) Seeing a gay or transexuals in thailand is like seeing couples holdin hand in singapore...its like a social norm in their culture i can swear than 20 gals i saw wear skirts are guys lahz...damn sad
4)Everysingle freaking vcd and dvd shop along the road sells porn dvds and vcds lahz man...this country is freaking SICK!!!!!!!!
5)Shopkeepers give damn high prices for the items they sell which my frens whd gladly slash everything in half man...this place is daylight robbery manz
6)There are no pretty gals in thailand....absoluetly ZERO!!!! this is one super duper sad country manz....ok lah got a few is adverage but the rest is might as well jump down sia....
haha went sailing from island to island in thailand...which is damn fun manz haha checked out unknown islands sia that had corals and sea urchins and turtles haha for the first time in my entire bloody life of 6 years in sailing i actually felt that this is not such a useless sport after all manz haha for the first time manz....haha oh wellz its juz good to be back manz haha though being back means a lot of things haiz.... hmm juz as an thought haha does anyone want to watch kingkong??? something to look forward too amidst my huge amount of work...hahaha
